Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC seeks an Executive Director of Speech Language Pathology to provide senior leadership and strategic direction across academic products and services. The role guides program development, partnerships, accreditation readiness, and workforce-aligned educational strategies in a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Terminal or doctoral degree.
• 10+ years of combined academic, clinical, and leadership experience in the discipline.
• Proven ability to lead complex academic initiatives and advise senior stakeholders.
• Experience with programmatic accreditation standards.
• Successful track record in launching new academic products/services.
• Experience leveraging CRM platforms to manage partner data, P&L, pipelines, and performance reports.
• Proficiency of MS Office.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to university and healthcare partners on program development, student success, growth, quality, and long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate with Learning, Design, and Technology (LDT) to architect curriculum aligned with accreditation standards and workforce needs.
• Create and lead faculty development and mentoring programs.
• Support recruitment of key academic leaders (e.g., Program Director, Director of Clinical Education).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute program launches with discipline-specific leadership for quality and launch readiness.
• Develop recruitment pipelines and strengthen clinical affiliation networks with healthcare partners.
