Job summary

Mercy in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking an Executive Director, Specialty Service Lines to lead strategic initiatives, drive growth and ensure operational excellence across the Service Line divisions. This role partners with Division leadership and Strategic Ventures to promote brand recognition and effective planning.

You will oversee program development, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, translating vision into measurable outcomes while upholding Mercy's mission and Service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, public health or related field.
• Advanced degree in healthcare, business, public health or related field preferred.
• Five years increasingly responsible management positions within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the Specialty Service Lines Divisions.
• Partner with division leadership and Strategic Ventures to promote growth and planning.
• Oversee project planning, management and interdisciplinary collaboration for strategic initiatives.
• Translate service line vision into measurable outcomes and operational plans.
• Uphold Mercy's mission, values and Service Standards in all activities.
