Job summary

Maverick Gaming is seeking an Executive Director of Slot Operations to oversee all slot services across Wendover properties and align with company mission and policies. You will supervise directors, manage daily operations, and drive revenue through strategic leadership and compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of slot machine technology, regulatory understanding, and staff management with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical and electronic slot machines.
• Title 31 training.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests and staff.
• Record-keeping or bookkeeping skills.
• Neat, professional appearance and good hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and administers department policies and activities for Slot Operations.
• Set and administer annual operating budget and control variances.
• Evaluate P&L and other financial statements to monitor performance.
• Review slot services and maintenance and coordinate with division directors.
• Forecast data to assess progress toward goals and objectives.
• Meet with General Manager to discuss achievements and changes in goals.
• Approve staffing decisions and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Coordinate slot machine moves with manufacturers and in-house staff.
• Ensure compliance with local gaming laws and company controls.
• Set priorities and oversee casino floor projects related to operations.
• Hire slot personnel and implement training.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
