Job summary

Dixon Healthcare Center in Wintersville, OH, is looking for an Executive Director (LNHA) to lead the facility, ensure care standards, and drive quality outcomes for residents.

As part of the CommuniCare family, you will oversee staff, operations, and the center's financial performance, guiding a compassionate team in a post-acute care environment.

Ohio licensure, strong budgetary and leadership skills, and a commitment to person-centered care are essential for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Ohio State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Ohio.
• At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
• Strong management and operation skills.
• Strong math/budgetary skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times.
• Function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes.
• Have responsibility and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center.
