Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services seeks an Executive Director / LNHA for Dixon Healthcare Center in Wintersville, OH. The role leads all staff to ensure outstanding resident care, manages daily operations, and drives financial performance in a full-time capacity.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio LNHA license, has 2+ years of progressive management experience including an AIT internship, and demonstrates strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills to foster a caring, compliant facility.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Ohio State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Ohio.
• At least two years of progressively increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
• Strong management and operations skills.
• Strong math and budgetary skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all staff to ensure care standards are met and quality resident care is delivered.
• Oversee the operation and financial performance of the center.
• Act as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to achieve goals and celebrate successes.
• Ensure compliance with state requirements and organizational policies.
