Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking an Executive Director (LNFA) for The Villa at Mountain View in Dallas, TX. You will lead clinical, operational, and financial performance of the skilled nursing facility, drive census growth, and ensure regulatory compliance with a focus on service excellence.

Ideal candidate has Texas LNFA license and 3–5 years of LNFA experience, with strong leadership and a track record in budgeting and quality inspections. On-site role with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Texas LNFA license (LNFA) is required.
• 3–5 years of LNFA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Proven ability to achieve EBITDAR budgets and financial targets.
• Census development and referral relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing home operations.
• Understanding SNF reimbursement models across payors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EBITDAR performance through revenue management and cost control.
• Lead service-excellence culture for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Drive census growth and occupancy via marketing and referrals.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers and other referral sources.
• Ensure rapid admissions and strong conversion; oversee survey readiness and Plans of Correction.
