Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an Executive Director to manage daily operations of the Community, drive occupancy, and ensure high resident and employee satisfaction. The role emphasizes compliance, budgeting, and leadership across departments.

The candidate should bring seven years in senior living or multifamily housing with at least three in a leadership capacity, plus mandatory license requirements and a valid driving record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Assisted Living Administrator Certification/License required in US states specified.
• Minimum seven years in senior living or multifamily, with three years in leadership.
• Must complete state/federal mandated trainings for Executive Director.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive relations with residents, families, and staff; respond to needs and concerns.
• Lead marketing and sales activities to maintain high occupancy and community reputation.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and educate staff across departments.
• Operate with profitability, meeting budget and census guidelines.
• Handle month-end reports, billing, accounting, and payroll tasks.
