Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking an Executive Director for a Lakeway, TX community. The role oversees daily operations, drives occupancy, and maintains resident and employee satisfaction while supporting company budget objectives.

The position requires leadership experience in senior living, plus a valid administrator certification/license and a state driver’s license. Responsibilities include staff development, marketing, finances, and regulatory compliance within an on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Assisted Living Administrator Certification/License required in TX (and others).
• Seven years of experience in senior living or multifamily with three years in leadership.
• Must complete state and federal mandated training/certification programs.
• Current state driver's license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive resident, family, and employee relations; respond to needs and concerns.
• Perform marketing and sales activities to achieve positive occupancy.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and educate staff in all departments.
• Operate the Community to meet budget and census goals.
• Perform month-end reports and accounting/bookkeeping tasks.
• Comply with state and federal laws and company rules.
• Understand Fair Housing rules/laws.
