Job summary

Silvergate San Marcos is seeking an Executive Director to lead daily operations, drive occupancy growth, and ensure regulatory and service excellence in a senior living community. You will oversee finance, staffing, and resident services with a focus on a high-touch, hospitality-driven environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and California RCFE Administrator certification, plus extensive leadership experience in senior living.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or comparable service environment.
• Experience leading a large management team (10+ direct reports) with accountability for performance and culture.
• Proven ability to grow occupancy and raise census in competitive markets.

• Provide overall leadership and management of day-to-day community operations.
• Maintain visible presence and interact with residents, families, and staff.
