Jaybird Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Minnesota. You will oversee daily operations, staff leadership, budgeting, occupancy, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and on-call readiness, with a focus on quality service, teamwork, and the well-being of seniors.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff supervision required.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, occupancy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff.
• Oversee all community operations including services and resident care.
• Partner with Healthcare Coordinator to ensure care needs are met.
• Monitor budgets, billing, and prepare monthly/annual financial reports.
• Drive occupancy goals through marketing initiatives, events, and community relations.
• Conduct regular building inspections and resident family communications; staff in-services.
• Serve as primary on-call leader for emergencies and operational needs.
• Uphold compliance with policies, state regulations, and HIPAA requirements.
