Job summary

Morada Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead a multi-service senior living community in Houston, TX. You will oversee operations, compliance, and financial performance while driving occupancy and top-line revenue.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, with strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care, or hospitality.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily operations supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community per Owners/Board, Discovery Management Group, and laws/regulations.
• Model a customer-focused resident-centered care vision.
• Build local relationships to drive business, price the product, and maximize revenue.
• Ensure external business development strategy with accountable owners to maximize referrals and move-ins.
• Maintain resident files in compliance with state regulations.
• Meet financial targets and manage budgets; oversee departments and NOI targets.
