Job summary

Silver Birch Living in Muncie, IN, seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead our community. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive occupancy, and ensure an exceptional resident experience while guiding a dedicated team.

This role requires Indiana Administrator licensure, strong leadership and financial acumen, and the ability to build relationships with residents, families, staff, and partners. Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Executive Director or Licensed Administrator experience in senior living or healthcare.
• Active Indiana Administrator License in good standing.
• Strong leadership, operational, and financial skills.
• Proven ability to engage teams and drive results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and overall community performance.
• Drive occupancy growth and maintain strong census.
• Create an exceptional experience for residents and families.
• Coach and develop department leaders while building an engaged, accountable team.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Ensure the community meets operational, regulatory, and quality standards.
