Silver Birch Living in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks an Executive Director to lead our community, guiding operations, resident experience, and team performance.

You will oversee budgets, occupancy growth, regulatory standards, and relationships with residents, families, and partners. This role requires Indiana Licensed Administrator experience and strong leadership to inspire purposeful lives.

Qualifications

• Executive Director or Licensed Administrator experience in senior living or healthcare.
• Active Indiana Administrator License in good standing.
• Strong leadership and financial skills.
• Ability to engage teams and drive results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
