Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years in retirement/nursing home/assisted living preferred.
• Must be licensed in good standing if required by the State Licensing Authority.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, officials and the public.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
