Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead a community’s operations, drive occupancy growth and ensure exceptional resident experiences. You will manage P&L, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while developing high-performing leaders and maintaining strong relationships with residents and families.

This role requires proven executive-level experience, strategic leadership, and a passion for delivering quality senior living.

Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operations.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and people management skills.
• Sales experience and ability to build relationships with referrals.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expenses to meet goals.
• Recruit, hire and coach leadership and team members.
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experiences through service excellence.
• Ensure regulatory, safety and quality compliance.
• Partner with Sales to maximize move-ins and leads.
• Build relationships with residents, families and referral sources.
• Lead team engagement, culture and performance management.
