Villa Redondo Care in Downtown Long Beach, CA is seeking an Executive Director/Administrator to oversee all facility operations and ensure compliance with Title 22, OSHA, and local regulations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to provide a safe, happy home for residents.

The role includes managing department supervisors, marketing to sustain census, HR tasks, and coordinating Healthcare, Food Service, Activities, and the Business Office.

Qualifications

• DOJ FBI live scan clearance required
• Pre-employment physical and TB test clearance required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Flexible scheduling; weekends/holidays may be required
• Experience in medication administration preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages department supervisors to assure successful operations
• Establishes and maintains relationships with residents' families and the community
• Develops and implements programs across Healthcare, Food Service, Activities, Business Office, Marketing, Housekeeping, Reception, Laundry, and Facility Management
• Assists with HR matters including hiring, firing, interviewing, disciplining, and staff morale
• Interprets RCFE Title22, OSHA regulations and ensures compliance with all regulations
• Supports admissions with pre-admission paperwork, assessments, and paperwork completion
• Oversees business office tasks including deposits, data updates, weekly reporting, and other duties
• Undertakes other approved projects
