Job summary

Covenant Living of Colorado - Westminster, CO is seeking a full-time Executive Director to oversee resident and staff satisfaction and financial viability, coordinating campus operations through administrators and department managers.

Ideal candidate has a BA/BS, a preferred Master’s in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration, five years in administration, and three years as a CCRC executive director; LNHA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred.
• Five years of experience in an administrative position or upper level management is required.
• Three years of experience as a CCRC executive director is preferred.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident and staff satisfaction and financial viability of operations.
• Lead and coordinate campus operations through administrators and department managers.
• Ensure effective communication with Covenant Living central office, SMEs, MAC, residents and staff.
• Act as campus representative to local, business, religious, and community entities.
