Qualifications

• Bench program designed for seasoned Executive Directors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and serve as liaison with staff, residents, and external partners.
• Lead and motivate community staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction and retention through proactive leadership.
• Lead annual operating and capital budgets and manage finances to meet occupancy goals.
• Hire, train, and manage staff according to Brookdale policies.
• Ensure facilities meet Brookdale standards through maintenance oversight.
• Foster creativity among staff and participate in Resident Counsel.
• Engage with the local community and public agencies to enhance Brookdale's image.
• Drive occupancy through sales and marketing activities and ensure compliant admissions and documentation.
