Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director for Securities Services Planning and Analysis in New York. You will lead a team to develop key processes and systems delivering timely, accurate analysis to business heads, CFOs, and corporate planning leads.

The role focuses on budget, forecasting, revenue control, and expense management while driving transformation projects and scalable analytics across the Securities Services organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance and overall business management experience in a complex financial organization.
• Outstanding analytical and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to act independently with excellent decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Securities Services Planning and Analysis team building key processes and systems to ensure timely, robust, accurate and relevant analysis for business heads and CFOs.
• Oversee budget and forecasting processes, revenue control, and expense management across CIB and Corporate sectors.
• Deliver reliable reporting solutions across Securities Services including client analytics, P&L, headcount, and regulatory support.
• Lead the expense agenda for the CFO and Finance leaders, providing insights to CS CEO and CFO.
• Develop a best-in-class reporting and analytics ecosystem addressing redundancy and supporting AI/LLM insights.
• Collaborate with global CFOs on geographic expansion and expense efficiencies.
