Job summary

Nomura is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for Registered Investment Advisors in Philadelphia, PA or New York, NY. The role oversees high-value client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, timely responses, and compliant operations, with a focus on growth opportunities across ETFs, SMAs, mutual funds, and alternatives.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of relevant experience, FINRA licenses, and are prepared to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of total relevant work experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent).
• CFA or CAIA designation preferred.
• Ability to travel as required to meet clients, up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and strengthen large, complex client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Advise clients on best practices, regulatory changes, and organizational solutions.
• Promote Nomura's services to clients to increase revenue across products and channels.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across multiple segments and product lines.
• Structure deals in the best interests of clients and the firm.
• Directly manage complex client projects and oversee successful execution of initiatives.
• Track and report client metrics and develop relevant KPIs.
• Develop and execute client service strategies to maintain assets and relationships.
