Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in fundraising and revenue diversification.
• Strong knowledge of housing or community development.
• Financial acumen and operational oversight.

Responsabilités

• Drive the Vision, Strategic Direction & Impact through 2025–2028 plan.
• Advance community development projects toward milestones while preventing displacement.
• Strengthen identity as a community land trust.
• Center resident leadership in strategy, programming and decisions.
• Build partnerships with funders, government and Russell leaders.
