Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics, based in Waltham, MA, seeks an Executive Director, TechOps Alliance and Strategic Partnerships to shape strategy and governance for key external partnerships across manufacturing, technical operations, development, and supply.

You will align internal and external stakeholders, manage risks, and drive performance across the product lifecycle in a senior role requiring deep alliance-management expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required; advanced degree such as an MS, MBA, or PhD preferred.
• 18+ years in pharma/biotech with leadership of people, programs, partnerships, or a function.
• 10+ years of management or functional leadership experience, including 5+ years in alliance management within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the TechOps alliance and strategic partnership strategy in alignment with Dyne’s priorities.
• Establish governance models, decision rights, committees, and performance standards for key partnerships.
• Serve as primary strategic contact for partner organizations and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Guide partnership planning across Manufacturing, Technical Development, Supply Chain, Quality, Development, and other functions.
• Direct cross-functional planning and execution across partnered manufacturing, technical operations, development, and supply activities.
• Define and monitor partnership objectives, budgets, milestones, and risks; take corrective actions as needed.
• Integrate partner plans with internal development and commercialization strategies, including late-stage and launch-readiness.
