Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Executive Director Recruiter focused on the Security & Resiliency Initiative (SRI) to attract top talent for a pivotal $1.5 trillion, 10-year commitment. You will own end-to-end sourcing for Front Office roles spanning Defense, Future Technology, Supply Chain, and Energy.

You will also drive talent management activities, market mapping, and confidential project work to support senior leadership and business outcomes. You will recruit experienced professionals from Sr.

Qualifications

• 10 years of direct experience with full life cycle front office/investor recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment or search firm.
• Direct experience managing MD level clients with strong relationship management with both clients and candidates.
• Strong project management skills handling complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering exceptional service.
• Comfort with direct sourcing and engaging currently employed candidates confidentially.
• Excellent organizational skills for tracking pipelines and managing candidate flow with leadership.
• Knowledge of direct competitive market and ability to negotiate complex compensation deals.
• Experience in both search firms and corporate environments.
• Ability to assess candidates’ investment acumen and strategic thinking for complex investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, full life cycle recruitment for Front Office roles across SRI functions.
• Conduct intake calls with hiring managers, guiding recruitment processes and policies.
• Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and refine strategies based on feedback.
• Influence decision-making and manage expectations of hiring managers and candidates.
• Educate candidates on benefits, compensation philosophy, and offer processes to close successfully.
• Provide meaningful market data to support client needs.
