Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive Business Management/COO, FP&A, Strategy or Consulting roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end initiatives with C-suite stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to the SRI executive team on priorities, governance, and performance.
• Translate priorities into sequenced execution plans, budgets, milestones and outcomes.
• Partner globally to drive cross-regional execution and consistent reporting.
• Develop and maintain a robust financial and operational reporting framework.
• Prepare executive reviews, strategic updates, and briefing materials for leadership.
• Design and manage the SRI operating cadence with leadership meetings and escalations.
• Own KPI, budget, headcount, milestones, and performance reporting.
• Create C-suite/Board content that highlights risks, decisions and progress.
• Drive end-to-end initiatives including new capital deployment and risk books.
• Liaise with technology initiatives to scope requirements and ensure delivery.
