Qualifications

• 10+ years in COO, FP&A, strategy, or management consulting.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize insights.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end initiatives with C-suite stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and executive storytelling.
• Self-starter balancing big-picture thinking with detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise SRI executive team on priorities, governance, controls, and performance.
• Translate priorities into sequenced plans, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate global reporting and ensure consistency across regions.
• Develop a robust financial and operational reporting framework.
• Prepare executive reviews and briefing materials for leadership and Board.
• Design and manage the SRI operating cadence and escalation processes.
• Own KPI, budget, headcount, milestones, and performance reporting.
• Create concise C-suite and Board content highlighting decisions and risks.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives including new capital deployment and risk book.
• Liaise with technology initiatives; scope requirements and delivery outcomes.
