Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Director of Real Estate and Facilities to lead the global portfolio strategy and facilities footprint, including leasing, acquisitions, space standards, and occupancy planning.

The role partners across functions to ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while optimizing the employee experience. Hybrid work in Glendale, WI with domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities or property management within a large, global manufacturing organization.
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, lease negotiation, financial analysis and property law.
• Expertise in building systems, maintenance principles, and facility compliance standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Cross-functional partnering in a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global real estate strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead lease negotiations, acquisitions, contracts and dispositions of properties.
• Establish company-wide space standards and workplace guidelines; manage occupancy planning.
• Oversee facilities management, vendor contracts, and capital project oversight including safety and compliance.
• Create dashboards and metrics to monitor portfolio performance and drive continuous improvement.
