Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Director - Finance to lead FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, and executive-level reporting. The role partners with CFO, CEO, and Board to deliver strategic insights and robust financial models. You will drive cross-functional analytics and ensure alignment with statutory results.

The position requires 10–12 years of experience with 5+ years in leadership, strong communication, and deep finance expertise. Hybrid work in Glendale, WI with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A in public or PE-backed companies.
• Strong ability to build board/investor reporting packages.
• Expertise in P&L, balance sheet, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with Tax and Treasury for aligned reporting.
• Analyze pricing, profitability, and product metrics to drive decisions.
• Own cash forecasting and tax rate modeling.
• Establish governance around KPI disclosures with dashboards.
