Job summary

Infinity Constellation seeks a Managing Director for Professional Services to lead new US-based business units. You will drive strategy, client relationships, and financial performance while leveraging Infinity's AI backbone to scale delivery.

You bring a credentialed practice with a portable client base or strong referrals, plus an entrepreneurial mindset. You will build lean teams, expand your book, and partner with engineering to define automation for your services.

Qualifications

• Requires license or designation with authority and trust.
• Senior-level delivery experience in the service line.
• A portable client base or strong referral network.
• Clear view on which tasks can be automated with AI workflows.
• Entrepreneurial drive to rebuild and scale a practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the new business unit's strategy, client relationships, quality and finances.
• Originate and grow the book by leveraging existing relationships.
• Lead delivery, taking ownership of work with backing from Infinity tooling.
• Direct the development of automation to suit the practice needs.
• Hire, mentor and structure lean teams as the book expands.
