Infinity Constellation is seeking a Managing Director to found and lead its Forensic Accounting business unit in the United States. You will be the credentialed expert whose name stands behind the work and who maintains the relationships attorneys follow, building a practice with a large caseload per practitioner.

This entrepreneurial role lets you shape the service offering, team, and tooling roadmap, while sharing directly in the value you create.

Qualifications

• Credentialed forensic accounting practitioner with deep experience in litigation support, fraud and financial investigation, and/or business valuation, with expert-witness experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business unit: Run the Forensic Accounting BU end to end, including strategy, client relationships, quality, and financial performance.
• Originate and grow the book: Leverage existing attorney relationships and referrals to expand engagements across forensic investigation and business valuation.
• Deliver and sign off on expert work: Manage analysis, strategy, and judgment calls on matters, and attribute your name to reports and testimony as required.
• Direct the tooling: Define automation needs with engineering/product teams, turning documents into structured data and templated reports.
• Set the quality bar: Define defensible, court-ready work products and review AI-assisted output before client delivery.
• Build the team: Hire and develop staff as caseload grows, keeping the team lean.
• Collaborate across Infinity: Partner with other BU leaders on cross-selling to shared clients.
