Job summary

Infinity Constellation is seeking a Managing Director to found and lead its Environmental Consulting unit in the United States. You will leverage deep niche expertise, client relationships, and a built-for-purpose platform to deliver compliant reports at scale.

You will shape the service offering, recruit a focused team, and partner with engineering and product teams to automate field data capture and reporting, driving high-margin growth across US clients.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience in a specific environmental discipline with regulators' requirements.
• Existing book of business or ability to build one quickly.
• Regulatory fluency across local, state, and federal agencies for your niche.
• Senior practitioner or independent with ability to lead a practice.
• Perspective on automating jurisdictional research and data capture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business unit end to end including strategy, client relationships, quality, and finances.
• Define the niche and buyers for the unit.
• Originate and grow the book with existing or new clients.
• Serve as single accountable contact from site surveys to filing.
• Define content of compliant reports and review drafts.
• Direct tooling with engineering/product for jurisdictional requirements and automated drafting.
• Shape the team and collaborate across Infinity.
