Job summary

Infinity Constellation seeks a Managing Director to found and lead its Forensic Accounting business unit in the United States. You will be the credentialed expert behind the work and the relationship-holder whom referring attorneys follow.

You will build a lean, high-impact practice, shape the service offering and tooling roadmap, and share in value created through revenue, equity, and uncapped incentives. This is an entrepreneurial role with strong upside and cross-functional platform support.

Qualifications

• Credentialed forensic accounting practitioner with litigation support and/or business valuation experience.
• Genuine, existing relationships with referring attorneys or the credibility to build the book quickly.
• Senior practitioner or independent with ability to lead a practice and deliver with equity upside.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Forensic Accounting BU end to end, including strategy, client relationships, quality, and financial performance.
• Originate and grow the book by leveraging attorney relationships into new engagements.
• Deliver expert work and sign off on reports and testimony where required.
• Direct tooling and automation with engineering/product teams to turn documents into structured data.
• Set defensible, court-ready work product standards and review AI-assisted output.
• Build and develop a lean, high-performing team.
• Collaborate with other business units to cross-sell to shared clients.
