Responsibilities include negotiating large contracts, managing a ten-member team, and leveraging AI-enabled tools with oversight. This role requires strategic leadership and strong procurement expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 9 years progressive experience in contract management or procurement.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the professional services contracting process from development through closeout.
• Ensure contracts comply with state/federal requirements and CMS rules.
• Manage a team of contract professionals and coordinate across Finance, Legal, IT, and program areas.
• Use data and technology to improve speed, visibility, and reporting.
