Job summary

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority seeks a Professional Services Contracts Manager to lead the development and management of professional services contracts totaling about $107 million annually. You’ll analyze procurement trends, ensure legal and policy compliance, and coordinate with auditors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of leadership, financial, and procurement principles and public law.
• Experience with PC systems such as Oracle PeopleSoft and MS Office tools.
• Must be a Certified Procurement Officer.

Responsibilities

• Monitor procurement trends and implement strategy to meet agency goals.
• Interpret laws and advise management on policy changes.
• Develop procedures and internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Mediate disputes between vendors and the agency.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Legal to ensure compliance.
• Present contracts to the Board for review.
• Train staff on electronic contracts system.
