Job summary

MemorialCare seeks an Executive Director of Physician Compensation to lead governance, strategy, and policy for physician compensation across MCMF, MCMG, MCIP, and independent physicians. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of director or higher-level leadership experience in healthcare or finance.
• Minimum of 3 years experience leading a team of 3 or more staff.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex financial analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise presenting to and working with executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Chairs the Physician Compensation Executive Committee to govern strategy, policies, procedures, FMV, and compliance.
• Oversees physician compensation governance and working groups to drive timely deliberation and decision making.
• Leads development of competitive compensation strategies aligned with clinical quality and financial goals.
• Develops and maintains physician compensation policies, procedures, and benchmarking data.
• Directs annual PSA renegotiations for MCMG and MCIP with internal stakeholders.
• Provides guidance on FMV analyses and PSA negotiations with external consultants and network teams.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws, Stark and anti-kickback statutes, and FMV guidelines.
