MemorialCare is seeking an Executive Director of Physician Compensation to lead governance, strategy, and compliance for physician compensation across MCMF, MCMG, MCIP, and affiliated physicians. The role emphasizes FMV, policy development, benchmarking, and collaboration with executive leadership to align incentives with clinical quality and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of director or higher-level leadership experience in healthcare or finance.
• Minimum of 3 years experience leading a team of 3 or more staff.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex financial analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise presenting to and working with executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Chairs governance bodies and oversees physician compensation strategy, policies, and FMV.
• Leads development of physician compensation strategies and stakeholder engagement to meet clinical and financial objectives.
• Oversees development and implementation of policies, procedures, and budgeting for physician compensation.
• Mentors staff and ensures timely, accurate benchmarking, modeling, and reporting.
