Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an Executive Director for Patient Services & Retail Operations. This role leads strategy, performance, and transformation of patient-facing functions across the U.S. and Canada, including phlebotomy, retail locations, patient access and enterprise support.

The position reports to the SVP, Global Supply Chain. The ideal candidate has deep healthcare or retail operations experience, builds high-performing teams, and drives large-scale programs with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading multi-site operations in large-scale distributed environments.
• 3+ years as a senior leader responsible for enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive long-term strategy for Patient Services and Retail Operations.
• Lead enterprise transformation to improve scalability, access and customer experience.
• Identify and implement innovative service models and market expansion opportunities.
• Establish governance, standards and best practices across the network.
• Lead continuous improvement focused on workflow, productivity, quality and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee M&A evaluations and integration activities.
• Partner with IT to define requirements and enable digital capabilities.
