Job summary

University Health Retama Hospital seeks an Executive Director of Patient Care Services to lead ACU and ICU operations, directing nursing teams toward exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.

Under the Chief Nurse Officer, you will oversee daily operations of 120 beds, drive quality assurance and process improvements, and engage with regional and national management groups to advance patient care services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and Texas RN licensure.
• Master's degree or enrollment in a master's program.
• National certification in related field (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, CEN, ANCC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 120 beds between ICU and ACU.
• Lead QA and Process Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Participate in regional and national management organizations.
