Qualifications

• Eight years of supervisory experience.
• Track record in principal gift fundraising.
• Ability to engage in high-level strategic discussions and analyze complex information.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong reporting abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Bachelor's degree and 10–12 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and management of a robust parent engagement and principal gift program.
• Collaborate with senior Advancement leadership to set long-term goals for parent and family giving globally.
• Design and manage diverse parent-giving programs aligned with university goals.
• Develop communication strategies to engage parents and demonstrate impact.
• Monitor metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and report progress.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
