Tufts Medicine seeks an experienced leader to oversee ambulatory operations across the West region, including the Framingham and Norfolk multi-specialty locations. This hybrid role partners with Ambulatory to drive access, financial performance, and service quality.

The role requires strong healthcare management and collaboration with physicians, with strategic responsibility for growth and program execution across practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare or related field, or equivalent combo with Associate’s degree + 2 years' experience
• Minimum seven years in healthcare management or practice management with physicians
• Proven experience directing operations, budgeting, and improving patient access

Responsabilidades

• Directs practice operations managers to ensure efficiency, fiscal stability, and satisfaction
• Collaborates to implement best practice models and prioritize work
• Evaluates efficiency using metrics, improves cost, quality, and services
• Oversees budgets, reviews P&L, and develops action plans
• Leads onboarding for new practices and acquisitions
