Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven (7) years of healthcare management or practice management experience supervising physicians and practice staff.
• Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred with 10 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Directs the practice operations managers to ensure optimal operational efficiency, fiscal stability and patient/employee satisfaction.
• Collaborates on best practice models and develops guidelines for prioritizing work activities and evaluating effectiveness.
• Oversees budgets, reviews monthly P&L, and implements action plans with managers.
• Leads onboarding life cycle for new acquisitions and provider recruitment within ambulatory practices.
