Qualifications

• 20+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, in roles of increasing accountability.
• Experience with analytics, insights, and competitive intelligence in Ophthalmology is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CSI&A Ophthalmology team to deliver business analytics, customer insights and competitive intelligence.
• Set the strategic I&A direction aligned with CBU priorities and drive launch excellence.
• Develop and mentor talent within the I&A group and collaborate with senior leadership to shape data science and analytics roadmaps.
