Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry across SHE, Operations, Maintenance, Project Management, Technology, Procurement, Logistics, and Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Functional management of Operations, Maintenance, Technology, Engineering, CAPEX, SHE, Projects, Product Stewardship, and Crisis Management.
• Lead for safety behaviour and process safety excellence across sites.
• Oversee headcount, talent development, and succession planning to maintain leadership in technology and manufacturing.
• Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement while aligning with INEOS Pigments Group strategy.
