Job summary

Crescent Biopharma seeks an experienced corporate development leader to build and maintain a comprehensive view of the solid tumor oncology landscape, translating scientific and competitive intelligence into clear portfolio priorities and identifying external opportunities that strengthen Crescent's pipeline.

You will partner cross-functionally with Research, Clinical Development, Business Development, and Executive leadership to evaluate assets and prepare decision-oriented recommendations for

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (PhD/MD) in oncology or related field.
• 12+ years in oncology portfolio strategy or related biopharma roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build structured frameworks and prioritization models.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain landscape intelligence across solid tumor oncology.
• Develop a portfolio matrix mapping therapies and targets.
• Identify and evaluate external opportunities for BD.
• Prioritize opportunities and articulate strategic cases.
• Source and synthesize intelligence from trials and literature.
• Collaborate with R&D, BD, and leadership to translate strategy.
• Prepare decision-oriented materials for executive teams.
