MSD Malaysia is seeking an Executive Director (Distinguished Scientist) to lead the Product Development Team. This role involves overseeing late-stage clinical research for oncology and hematology medicines, ensuring comprehensive strategy, design, and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drug development, excellent communication skills, and at least 3 years of clinical experience. An annual salary range of $310,900 to $489,400 is offered, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical medicine experience.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in drug development with a record of overseeing multiple studies.
• Demonstrated scientific scholarship and achievement.
• Strong track record in clinical medicine and biomedical research.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of late-stage clinical research for oncology and hematology medicines.
• Develop and execute clinical development strategies for investigational and marketed medicines.
• Monitor ongoing trials, manage data collection, ensure compliance.
• Integrate input from all perspectives into a cohesive strategic plan.
