Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical medicine experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in drug development with oversight of multiple studies.
• Experience in authoring regulatory documents and engaging with agencies.
• Demonstrated scientific scholarship and achievement.
• Proven track record in clinical medicine and biomedical research.
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills in a matrix environment.
• Excellence in clear communication and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and directing of clinical research activities in Oncology/Hematology.
• Manage late-stage clinical development from Phase 2 to Phase 5, including strategy, design, initiation, execution and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional PDTs and act as the product development team spokesperson.
• Coordinate governance presentations and ensure alignment across stage gates.
• Develop and summarize clinical findings to support safety, efficacy, and regulatory submissions.
• Support business development assessments of external opportunities.
• Oversee interaction with regulatory agencies and external investigators.
