The Rancho Murieta Community Services District is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee water treatment, wastewater treatment and field operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage staff, coordinate with plant and field operations, and ensure safe, high-quality water delivery to residents.

You will develop budgets, oversee compliance with state and federal codes, supervise the Chief Plant Operator and Utilities Supervisor, and lead safety and preventive

Competenze

• Education: college degree in civil/environmental engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in science, engineering, or business is highly desirable.
• California PE registration is highly desirable.
• Five years of water/wastewater utility administration experience including supervision and budget preparation.

• Oversee water treatment and field operations across two plants.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and reporting to agencies.
• Prepare budgets and manage contracts for services and infrastructure projects.
