Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time, paid managerial experience in the operation and maintenance of a potable water system that served at least 20,000 connections.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the water production and distribution operations.
• Coordinate activities with divisions, departments, and external agencies.
• Develop and monitor complex budgets with cost-control measures.
• Interpret and apply federal, state, and local water laws and regulations.
