Job summary

Inteli-Care LLC is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution across its operational functions, reporting to the CEO. The role requires leading and aligning departments, building capable leaders, and ensuring compliant, efficient service delivery to support growth.

The COO will establish consistent operating rhythms, drive cross-functional initiatives, and apply strong business judgment to decisions on productivity, revenue, and staffing.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably within healthcare, home and community-based services, Medicaid-funded services, or another highly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple departments or complex operational functions.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build accountable, high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of performance management, operational metrics, process improvement, and organizational scaling.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of day-to-day operational functions (PCS, EPSDT, Intake, Scheduling, Client Services, Billing, Field Operations).
• Translate priorities into executable operating plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Establish disciplined operating cadence with KPI reporting and leadership reviews.
• Create standardized workflows, SOPs, handoffs, escalation processes, and accountability structures.
• Identify barriers and lead corrective action to improve efficiency and growth.
• Ensure infrastructure, staffing, processes, and technology support organizational growth.
