Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or Business Central is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the general accounting function, including accounts payable, payroll, cash management, and general ledger activities.
• Oversee the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage global banking relationships and corporate credit card programs.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadership.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate policies.
• Supervise and develop the accounting, reporting, payroll, and banking teams.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
