CommuniCare Health Services through the Chardon Healthcare Center is seeking an Executive Director / LNHA to lead operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain financial performance.

Qualifications

Chardon Healthcare Center is currently recruiting a compassionate leader to assume the position of Executive Director of our facility. The position of Executive Director provides leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. The Executive Director has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center.
